Community. Culture. Communication.
I am an indigenous public health practitioner and educator who helps people and organizations close the gap between intent and impact with their policies, programs, and practices- and how they communicate them.
I am passionate about:
- Food and health literacy
- Just food systems & dignified food assistance
- Honoring the land that produces food, the hands that harvest it, and the culture it originates from
I believe:
- The best work is done in community
- The voices of those who are impacted should always be centered
- There is no room for ego in mission-driven work
- The best choice is an informed choice
